1. General Terms

1.1 ProCarPass is a professional driving school offering automatic and manual driving lessons in our modern vehicles.
1.2 By booking our services, you agree to follow our rules and policies.
1.3 These T&Cs may be updated periodically, and the latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must hold a valid provisional or full driving license issued by the UK DVLA or the equivalent authority in your country.
2.2 You must be at least 17 years old to participate in driving lessons.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 All lessons must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
3.2 Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
3.3 We accept payments through major debit/credit cards and other specified methods available on our website.
3.4 Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to receive a refund or reschedule.
4.2 Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
4.3 ProCarPass reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability or vehicle maintenance.

5. Lesson Conduct

5.1 The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the student’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
5.2 Students are responsible for bringing their driving license to every lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being cancelled without a refund.
5.3 Lessons are conducted in our automatic Polestar vehicle unless otherwise agreed.

6. Use of Instructor’s Car for Driving Lessons & Tests

6.1 The pupil must consult the instructor before booking the driving test.
6.2 The instructor may refuse the use of their vehicle for the driving test if the pupil's driving fails to meet the required standards. Grounds for refusal include, but are not limited to, endangering the safety of other road users, pedestrians, cyclists, posing a risk to the pupil's own life, the property of the driving instructor, or the life of the DVSA examiner.
6.3 The instructor reserves the right to refuse to give a lesson if the pupil does not meet the required standards or for any other valid reason.
6.4 Sufficient notice is required to confirm vehicle availability for the test.
6.5 A pre-test assessment may be required to confirm readiness. Any damage caused by the pupil may result in additional charges.
6.6 This agreement is solely between the instructor and the pupil. Taking lessons with the driving instructor constitutes agreement to these terms.

7. Insurance

7.1 The instructor will carry motor insurance covering the pupil while driving the driving school car, provided the pupil is accompanied by a Driving Instructor or a DSA Examiner. A copy of the Insurance Certificate is available upon request.
7.2 The pupil must have a valid provisional driving license for the tuition vehicle. The license must be presented at the first lesson. Failure to present the license will require re-booking the lesson, and the lesson charge may be forfeited.

8. Liability

8.1 ProCarPass and its instructors are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during lessons, except where such damage is caused by the instructor’s negligence.
8.2 Students are required to comply with road traffic laws at all times during lessons.
8.3 ProCarPass accepts no liability for personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 ProCarPass respects your privacy and complies with UK GDPR regulations.
9.2 We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services.
9.3 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

10. Complaints and Feedback

10.1 We welcome feedback to improve our services. Complaints should be directed to feedback@procarpass.co.uk.
10.2 We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally within 14 business days.

11. Recording for Security and Monitoring Purposes

11.1 We may record audio and video while a lesson is taking place for the safety, security, and monitoring of both the instructor and learner. By taking lessons with us, you consent to this. Recordings will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Data will be automatically deleted after a certain time unless needed for investigations or by law enforcement agencies.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ProCarPass website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ProCarPass and may not be reproduced without permission.
12.2 Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.

13. Termination

13.1 ProCarPass reserves the right to terminate services for any customer who violates these T&Cs.
13.2 In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
